Terrance S. Arashiro, P.E has been promoted to senior vice president of Austin, Tsutsumi & Associates, Inc. (ATA). He joined the company in 1995 and has over 24 years of experience in civil engineering. He will oversee corporate operations and marketing of the company, and business development in Hawaii and the Pacific region. He most recently served as the chief engineer, a position he had for nine years.

Ivan K. Nakatsuka, P.E., was named vice president of ATA. He joined the company in 1979 and has over 33 years of experience in environmental engineering. Nakatsuka is a past chair of the Hawaii section of the American Water Works Association and was awarded the George Warren Fuller Award for distinguished service in 2006. He is also a past president and past delegate of the Hawaii Water Environment Association.

Richard Lorenzotti was hired recently as technical services engineer for Heide & Cook. He is responsible for assisting clients with adding value to their air conditioning, fire sprinkler, plumbing, sheet metal and warehousing needs while promoting sustainable and energy efficient design projects. Lorenzotti previously served as project manager at Dorvin D. Leis Co., Inc., where his projects included construction of the Kapolei Judiciary Complex and Mauna Kea Astronomy Education Center.


Kevin McKee has been hired as a project architect for local architecture firm Philip K. White & Associates, Inc. He will be responsible for design and project management as well as implementing a building information modeling (BIM) protocol. He has been a licensed architect since 1985 and previously owned and managed Kevin McKee Architecture, a small residential and resort design firm, for 18 years.

Eamonn P. Kinsella has joined J. M. Waller Associates, Inc. (JMWA) as its Pacific region director. He will report to Carl Woehrle, JMWA Hawaii - Pacific region program manager, and will be responsible for creating new business relationships and generating profitable sales growth with high-level Department of Defense contacts and industry leaders, while fostering ongoing business relationships with current JMWA clients. His primarily focus will be within the Hawaii and Pacific Rim marketplaces.

Kim Green recently joined RevoluSun, a provider of residential solar electric and hot water systems, as a project developer. He will be responsible for helping customers find the best solar systems and financing options available to meet their needs. Green has more than 30 years of construction experience and was previously a project coordinator for Homeworks Construction.

Sarah Deck has returned to Pankow’s Hawaii office and will be the project engineer on the Actus Hickam Air Force Base Historical Home Renovation project. She previously worked on the Waikiki Beach Walk renovation and the Manele Bay Hotel renovation at the Four Seasons resort.

Ryan DelaRiva also has joined Pankow Hawaii and will be the field engineer on the Forest City Kaneohe Marine Corps Base Heleloa Historic Home Renovation project.

Keith Parkinson has been hired as a project superintendent for Pankow, also assigned to the Actus Hickam project. He brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry to the Pankow team, working most recently on the Hilo Judiciary Complex on the Big Island.

Suzette Julian has been appointed the janitorial/housekeeping supervisor and safety coordinator for Hoala Landscape and Maintenance. She is responsible for managing employees in the janitorial and housekeeping division as well as planning and conducting training classes to ensure safety and precautions for the company’s 58 employees on work sites.
